Luisa was working on wastewater nitrate remediation and exploring electrochemical C-N bonding. She is part of the CASFER center.

Dr. Dou worked on electrocoagulation as part of the DOE NAWI project. He completed his PhD with Dr. Xing Xie in Environmental Engineering at Georgia Tech. He is currently working for Boston Consulting.

Carlos was conducting thermodynamic analyses on electrochemical systems for distributed fertilizer production. Carlos’s work is funded by the National Science Foundation and the Brook Byers Institute for Sustainable Systems. He is currently a postdoc at Stanford University.

Lily is a PhD student in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering. Lily is part of the Center for Advancing Sustainable and Distributed Fertilizer Production (CASFER) NSF -Engineering Research Center. She will be working on membranes for nutrient separations.
